Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there will be a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery times within the United States range from 2–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

C37 Cajun and Crawfish is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

C37 Cajun and Crawfish is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged while in transit. However, we will do our best to assist customers in filing claims with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@c37cajun.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package

  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

We will review the claim and work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States unless otherwise stated on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to locations where shipping is prohibited by law or carrier restrictions.
