At C37 Cajun and Crawfish, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on food products, seasonings, spices, sauces, or other consumable items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@c37cajun.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged during shipping, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@c37cajun.com.

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Refund (when applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Food products

  • Seasonings and spices

  • Sauces and consumable goods

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
